I am not able to find my previous game progress after logging in to the same account. What should I do?

To ensure a stable internet connection, the game accounts are divided into 4 different region servers (EU/SA/US/Other). If you would like to continue with your current progress on a new device, please make sure you login to the same region as before. You can check your region information at the bottom-left corner of the Login Method screen.

The region was decided when you first logged in to the game according to your device's IP, region setting, internet service provider, and SIM card information. The region server is not changeable.

Also, guest accounts will be lost after changing devices. Therefore, to ensure the account's safety, please make sure to link it to a login method before switching the device.
