Am I able to create a game account in a certain region?

To ensure a stable internet connection, the game accounts are divided into 4 different region servers (EU/SA/US/Other). You are recommended to stay in the region that the system assigned to you in order to ensure the best gaming experience. The region is determined according to your device's IP, region setting, internet service provider, and SIM card information. The region is not changeable by design.
